The Roundtable Get Started Tool was successfully launched during ITB 2019. The online tool offers small and medium sized tour operators guidance and suppiort to approach possible human rights risks along their value chain, and shows possible measures to be taken, case studies and links to existing resources, tools and instruments. During ITB, the Get Started tool was not only promoted during the Roundtable panel on Working Conditions, but also during a Tourism Watch panel on land rights, and during a presentation of the NAP Helpdesk at the stand of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The launch of the Get Started tool was also presented in trade magazines like fvw (Germany), TravelInside (Switzerland) and TravelWeekly (UK). You can access the Get Started tool here. The Roundtable Human Rights in Tourism is very looking forward to receiving continous feedback on the usability and content of the tool in order to develop it further.
